2 cups tepung instant pancake Bluebird
1 biji telur
1/2 cup almond milk (or coconut flavoured almond milk)
For the strawberry sauce:
4 pieces of fresh strawberries, the more the better
4 tbsp sugar, the less the healthier, or better use honey
How to cook:
- Mix together the instant pancake flour with egg and almond milk. Whisk till combined.
- Pour on a preheat non stick pan. Cook on both sides.
- For the strawberry sauce, cook all the ingredients together. Constantly stir till the strawberry is dissolved 80% or as desired.
- Pour the sauce on top of the pancake.
